Senior HR Officer
  Responsibilities
-Assist the HR Manager to perform full spectrum of HR functions
-Maintain day-to-day HR operations and lead HR related projects
-Review compensation and benefit package, employment conditions of all employees so as to in line with market situation, group policies and legal requirements
-Formulate and implement HR policies, procedures and systems for improvement
-Assist and coordinate training activities in local Office
-Collect and update HR-related market information and feedback to the Management
  Requirement
-Diploma holder in Human Resources Management/other Business Management disciplines or equivalent
-At least 6 years solid human resources experience at least 4 years at supervisory level, exposure in PRC / manufacturing sector will be an advantage
-Hands on experience in implementing HR policies and systems
-Extensive knowledge and application experiences related to HK Labor Ordinances
-Proficient spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English
-Good computer skills, preferable with experience in HRIS Implementation
-Strong presentation, interpersonal and implementation skills
-Occasionally travel to PRC is required
